120-night risk-free trial

Sleep on it. If within 120 nights your dog is not resting better - or you are not happy for any reason - return it for a full refund. We even cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Email support@loftpaw.shop with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions. No restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your bed arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We will arrange a free exchange within your 120-night trial window.
