10-Year Warranty

We build Loftpaw beds to last. Every bed is backed by a 10-year limited warranty against defects in the foam and construction.

What is covered

• Foam that flattens, sags more than 1.5 inches, or loses its supportive shape under normal use
• Manufacturing defects in the cover, zipper, or seams
• Splitting or cracking of the foam core under normal use

What is not covered

• Damage from chewing, clawing, or improper use
• Normal wear of the cover fabric over time
• Beds not purchased directly from loftpaw.shop

How to claim

Email support@loftpaw.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. If covered, we will repair or replace the bed at no cost.
